Indu Divine AI is operated by Nex Records LLC (d/b/a Indu Divine AI), 8 The Green, STE D, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We build AI voice agents that answer and place phone calls on behalf of our customers. We believe callers deserve to know when they are speaking with an AI.

Our disclosure practice

• Every AI voice agent we deploy is configured with clear AI disclosure language, either at the start of the call or upon caller request.
• Agents will always identify as an AI when directly asked.
• Agents will not impersonate a specific human employee.

US state requirements

Several US states require disclosure when consumers interact with an AI (for example, California's "Bot Disclosure" law) and impose specific rules around AI-generated voice in solicitations. We configure agents to meet applicable state requirements for our customers' calling patterns.

Outbound calling & TCPA

US federal law (TCPA) and FCC rules require prior express consent for many types of outbound automated calls, including calls using AI-generated voice. Our customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent before initiating outbound campaigns using our services.
