Indu Divine AI builds and deploys AI voice agents that answer phone calls on behalf of businesses. We believe transparency is essential to trust — and it is legally required in a growing number of US states.

Caller disclosure

Our agents are configured to clearly identify themselves as automated AI assistants at the start of each conversation, or at any point when asked by the caller. Businesses using our platform agree to preserve this disclosure.

Recording notice

Where required by state law (including two-party consent states such as California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Washington), agents include a recording notice at the beginning of the call.

Outbound calls & TCPA

The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations restrict automated outbound calling. Any outbound AI calling campaign deployed through Indu Divine AI requires documented prior express written consent from each recipient and must honor DNC and opt-out requests.
