Services

Indu Divine AI provides AI voice agent design, deployment, and management services. Specific deliverables, minutes, and integrations are described in each order or plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, including violations of TCPA, DNC, or applicable telemarketing laws. Outbound calling requires prior consent as described in our AI Disclosure.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time. Overage minutes are billed at the rate stated in your plan. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with notice per your order.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing three months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Indu Divine AI is domiciled.
